Since 2002, CustomerCentric Systems® has specialized
in IT sales training. We helped information technology companies
define and implement their organizational sales process,
from market awareness to sales techniques to sales improvement
and, ultimately, success. Along the way, we learned that
our model was transferable to many other industries—high-tech
and low-tech—as well.

The Landslide/CustomerCentric Selling partnership enables the
creation of a selling platform that is built specifically around
all of the key CCS methodology and workflow. CCS Landslide’s
capabilities enable a company to capture and extend their sales
best practices and to improve their CCS implementation and
adoption. Serving as strategic advisors to the company, Michael
Bosworth and John Holland have worked with Landslide to ensure
that CCS Landslide’s design properly supports critical CCS
concepts and workflow.
CCS Landslide enables organizations to
codify their CCS selling process, present CCS sales ready messaging®
at the proper stage in the selling cycle to identify the buyers’
goals, conduct solution development through embedded prompters
and track the completion of a prescribed sequence of events
to complete the sale. A CCS Dashboard is provided that shows
the breadth and depth of champion and key player solution development
for each sales opportunity. Finally, the creation and issuance
of champion letters is automated based on the information captured
on solution development prompters in the system.
